The last staff meeting before Convolution will be held next Saturday on October 27 at the Hyatt Regency SFO (the convention hotel).

The schedule is as follows:
noon to 1 - social hour
1 to 2 - department updates/ announcements
2 to 215 break
215 to 3 - general meeting
3 to 5 - packet stuffing/ money handling training/ ops training as needed

Please note, the hotel does charge for parking, but the coffee bar and sports bar will validate parking. The free shuttle runs from the airport to the hotel on a regular basis - and if anyone does the BART to shuttle transport we'd love to get a report on how it went.

Staff positions may still available in the following departments:
Information Desk
Hospitality
We also are looking for volunteers to help with a variety of things throughout the convention.

Hope to see you all there! Just 2 weeks to go until the start of Convolution! (Feel free to cheer or scream as appropriate).

The social hour will be held in the atrium from noon to 1. The meeting will be in the Regency Ballroom from 1-5.

Please pass this information on to anyone else you know working with Convolution.

Since we want to do introductions/"here's what I look like and where I work," can we add some time in before the department updates? Or put it after the breakout to catch any latecomers?
